Ngan Son Joint Stock Company cooperated with the experts The Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research to successfully build STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT OF NGAN SON JOINT STOCK COMPANY period 2017-2025, VISION TO 2030. This strategy was built on the basis of maximizing internal strengths, synergy and enhancing the initiative of the Company’s departments, restructuring the corporate governance system in the financial fields, personnel; branding, researching and developing new products, applying modern technology and developing sustainable material areas.
In order to implement the strategy in practical operations of the Company, a series of specific activities needs to be excuted, which begins with the implementation of a project Apply productivity and quality improvement tools at 02 workshops of Ngan Son Joint Stock Company. The purpose of the project is to change the mindset in production management; minimize and eliminate waste in production; building a friendly and clean working environment, thereby contributing to improving labor productivity.
As part of the project’s operations, on September 19, 2019, Ngan Son Joint Stock Company organized the launching Ceremony of the 5S program and overall cleaning of the company. The Party committee, Board of Directors, Board of Directors and all employees of the Company attended this important event. On the guests side, at the invitation of Ngan Son company, experts from the Institute for Strategic Leadership Development and the Vietnam Productivity Institute have attended this ceremony.
Addressing at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Dinh Thanh, Deputy Director of the Company, Head of 5S program emphasized the role and necessity of implementing 5S in Fiber and Spinning/ Splitter. He said 5S not only create specialism in business activities but also make an important contribution to increase efficiency and labor productivity, creating momentum for the development and growth of the business. Besides, the whole company expressed determination to successfully implement 5S by chanting slogans and signing the Commitment for implementation.
After signing the commitment, the Board of Directors and all employees of the Company conducted general cleaning in 2 workshops as well as screening and eliminating unnecessary materials. At last, they labeled and properly arranged tools and equipment.
After two hours of carrying out general cleaning, the 5S Board and experts evaluated and awarded teams and individuals that have excellent performance of the 5S program.
Through this launching ceremony, all employees of the Company were more aware of the benefits of implementing and maintaining 5S to create a safe, clean and scientific environment” at Ngan Son Joint Stock Company.
