On March 18th, in the coastal city of Vung Tau, Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (SLEADER) collaborated with DIC Holdings to organize a conference on transferring the development strategy of DIC Holdings until 2030, with vision for 2045.

SLEADER has successfully planned and executed DIC Holdings\’ development strategy until 2030, with a vision for 2045, by utilizing the Syntegration method – one of the most advanced intelligent management technologies in Europe, transferred to SLEADER by the Malik Institute in Switzerland.

In order to efficiently disseminate the content of the strategy and implement the planned solutions, Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (SLEADER) collaborated with DIC Holdings to hold a conference for almost 80 key officials of DIC Holdings to transfer the strategy.

SLEADER experts conferred with the DIC Holdings team on the main contents of the strategy, underscoring the five key pillars that all members – especially key personnel – must internalize and resolutely follow throughout the implementation process. These pivotal aspects encompass: Mission, Vision, Strategic Objectives, Overall Strategy, and Strategic Solutions.

At the conference, the delegates actively participated in discussions and directed queries to both the experts and Company leadership, seeking a more comprehensive understanding of the interrelated components of the complementary strategies and implementation conditions – particularly against the backdrop of the volatile fluctuations in today\’s real estate and construction market.

Chairman of the Board of DIC Holdings, Le Dinh Thang, has elaborated on the company\’s strategic breakthrough and its implementation in conjunction with their new strategy. He also emphasized that the distinctive feature of this strategy, which will be executed until 2030, is its focused approach towards growth. Due to the company\’s timely and accurate strategic adjustment, it has been able to steer clear of negative market impacts. Furthermore, it has surpassed strong competitors and won bids for several technically complex projects that require high-level technical expertise. He said that in the coming time, DIC Holdings will establish new standards with superior quality for providing services to residents in the apartment complexes where DIC Holdings is the investor.

During the conference, on behalf of the consulting firm, SLEADER\’s Director, Dr. Duong Thu, submitted the Advisory Report outlining DIC Holdings\’ development strategy up to 2030 and long-term vision towards 2045 to Chairman Le Dinh Thang in the presence of delegates. Leaders from both sides have delivered speeches expressing satisfaction with the results of our cooperation during this time. The development strategy project for DIC Holdings has achieved remarkable success, surpassing expectations with a completion time of 2.5 months, high feasibility (multiple solutions implemented with immediate results), and cost-effectiveness (big data collected in just two days via Syntegration technology, executed directly by Vietnamese experts with online support from Swiss experts).
