Strategic Consulting for Petrovietnam’s E&P Sector (2030 Strategy, Vision to 2050):
Operational Performance: Crude oil production in the first five months of 2025 reached 4.01 million tons, surpassing the plan by 18.9%. This achievement resulted from maintaining stability at existing fields and incorporating new oil flows from the Dai Hung Phase 3 project.
Technological Autonomy: The entire EPCI chain for Dai Hung Phase 3 was executed by Petrovietnam’s member units. This milestone affirms the Group’s capability to master technology under complex deep-water extraction conditions.
Innovation: The successful deployment of the Mid-Water Arch (MWA) structure marked a first in Vietnam, significantly shortening the project schedule and optimizing implementation costs.
PETROVIETNAM CA MAU FERTILIZER JOINT STOCK COMPANY (PVCFC)
Rapid Implementation of New Strategies & Business Performance:
- Strategic Expansion: New strategies were swiftly and effectively deployed. Key milestones include expanding exports to 18 countries, completing the M&A of the Korea-Vietnam NPK Plant, and investing in a logistics system in Cambodia.
- H1 2025 Financial Surge: In the first half of 2025, revenue reached VND 9,591 billion (up 37%), and profit before tax hit VND 1,054 billion. These results enabled PVCFC to secure a 60% domestic market share and exceed the full-year profit target by 22% in just six months.
- Resilience & Sustainability: Despite the general challenges of 2024, production remained stable. The maintenance of a 20% dividend payout serves as a testament to the company’s correct direction and its transparent, sustainable business strategy.
BINH SON REFINING AND PETROCHEMICAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY
After 1 Year of Consulting:
- Investment Efficiency (2024): The disbursement rate for projects excluding the Upgrade and Expansion Project increased by 88% compared to the same period of the previous 3 years, driven by an effective investment strategy.
