As a part of the strategy consultancy contract for Doanh Sinh Trade and Tourism Joint Stock Company, the Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (Sleader) co-operates with Doanh Sinh Company to organize the “Enhancement management competence for middle –level managers” training course from 8/7/2020 to 16/7/2020.
With the establishment of the remarkable difference in strategic consulting services is to accompany the organization and the business, the Institute for Strategic Leadership is now going hand in hand with Doanh Sinh Trade and Tourism Joint Stock Company to implement the strategy for the period 2020 – 2021. During this period, Sleader is consulting and assisting Doanh Sinh Company in various activities in which focus on human resource development strategy, including recruiting, training managers, and employees. The Enhancement management competence for middle – level managers training courese is an important task during this time to help the management team to perceive and understand deeply about the strategy as well as develop proficient management capabilities as well as skills in strategy implementation. The training course includes 2 major topics: Effective management skill; Problem solving and decision-making skills.
Participating with students is MSc. Le Thi Thanh Binh, Vice Director of Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (Sleader), an expert in human resources management with many years of working experience as well as holding management positions in human resources at multinational companies such as Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam, Suntory Pepsico Vietnam… With learner-centered approach combined with practical activities and case studies, MSc. Le Thi Thanh Binh helped participants understand the role of managers in assigning, delegating, training, and motivating employees. Through 5 days of training, the management team at Doanh Sinh Company has clearly understood the knowledge of effective management; know how to use skills like personal planning; set SMART goals in daily work to increase productivity; identify existing problems in the Departments and Divisions; find the root cause and come up with suitable solutions.
With enthusiam from MSc. Le Thi Thanh Binh, the learners’ learning spirit is very active, enthusiastic, and has many creative ideas. Some learners have changed a lot, confidently and boldly present their opinions, from which they can clearly define their capabilities and set personal development goals.
At the end of the course, each participant developed a specific Action Plan, committed to improve capacity, effectively manage departments, divisions/teams, and contribute to the breakthrough success of the Company. After that, the Institute for Strategic Leadership (Sleader) will return to evaluate the management capacity of the middle management team on the situation of applying the knowledge of the course after the next 3 months.
