In 2019, The Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (Sleader) consulted PETROVIETNAM CHEMICAL AND SERVICES CORPORATION (PVChem) to successfully implement the PVChem Development Strategy to 2025, vision to 2035. The strategy focuses on two prerequisites in the strategic implementation process, which is changing organizational structure and innovating incentive mechanisms, in order to create motivations for employees.
Experts of The Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (Sleader) proceeded surveys, researches and discussions and proposed practical and highly feasible solutions for the Corporation.
After 5 months of deployment, PVChem was delivered the main outputs, including: Organizational structure model according to the Holding strategy of the Corporation; regulations on functions, duties of each Board / Division in the Parent Company; The titles following the updated organizational model of the Parent Company; Carrying out Human resource planning for the managerial apparatus of the Parent Company; Salary regulations according to PVP (Title, Value and Effectiveness) in accordance with market principles.
Pvchem has received and implemented the result from 2020 – the first year of implementing the 5-year plan. The Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (Sleader) commit to co-operating with PVChem which aimed to guide and support the Departments and divisions to successfully implement the solutions to improve the human resource management, assigning tasks, paying salaries based on ability and contributions, thereby improving business performance of the Corporation.
