In the morning of March 16, 2023 at the Head Office in Ca Mau, Ca Mau’s Petroleum Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC, Hose: DCM) in collaboration with the Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (SLEADER) has been kicked off the launch of project: “Application of Malik Syntegration method in developing and implementing PVCFC strategy”.

Ca Mau’s Petroleum Fertilizer Joint Stock Company is a member of the Vietnam’s Oil and Gas Group, which has been in operation for more than 10 years and is affirming its role and position in the field of fertilizer industry. Remarkably, PVCFC maintains its leading position in the Mekong Delta region (60% market share), PVCFC\’s products have been presented nationwide and exported to international markets. In the context of changing geopolitics, unpredictable business environment, PVCFC\’s Board of Directors has decided to find new approaches with smart tools that could maximize the intelligence and creativity of key staffs, thence helping company to plan a development strategy to 2030, with a vision to 2045, and especially that tool must help PVCFC effectively implement the set strategy. During process of research and exchange, PVCFC has selected modern management tools of Malik Institute, Switzerland and signed a cooperation agreement with SLEADER – the only partner of Malik Institute in Vietnam to implement the consulting project: “Application of Malik Syntegration method in developing and implementing PVCFC strategy”.

Attending the kick-off ceremony, on SLEADER\’s side, there were the presence of Dr. Duong Thu – Director, Dr. Nam Nguyen – Director in charge of Australia and Southeast Asia, Malik Institute, Switzerland and experts. On PVCFC\’s side, there were the attendance of Mr. Tran Ngoc Nguyen – Chairman of the Board of Directors (BOD), Mr. Van Tien Thanh – Member of the Board of Directors – General Director (CEO), along with members of the Board of Directors, Board of Directors, heads of departments of the Company. Project “Application of Malik Syntegration method in developing and implementing PVCFC strategy” will be taken placed within 3 months, from March to June, 2023. The superiority in the application of Malik Syntegration is known as “hyper-interactive”, “hyper-connected”, performed under expert guidance and the support of digital tools, the project will be completed within “shortest time”, “most feasible solution”, “most cost-effective”.

Members who participated in the kick-off ceremony have been enthusiastically discussed and agreed on the contents related to the method and roadmap for coordination between PVCFC and SLEADER in project implementation “Application of Malik Syntegration method” in association with the characteristics of PVCFC as well as the  trend of strong development of technology in agriculture in general and the field of plant nutrition in particular. We both have been agreed on the project implementation plan and held a syntegration conference according to the technological process transferred by the Malik Institute, Switzerland.

In context of the strong technology’s development, including management technology, PVCFC continues to focus on the core value of “Pioneer” by applying Malik Syntegration technology in formulating and implementing strategies to 2030, vision 2045. PVCFC is also the first enterprise in the oil and gas industry to apply the Malik Syntegration method as a smart management technology to adapt to the Great Transformation of the 21st century in order to actualize the aspiration to become a leading enterprise of Southeast Asia in the field of production and sales of plant nutrition products.
