On August 17th, Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research in collaboration with MobiFone telecommunications equipment testing and repair centre held an opening ceremony of the training program “Practice management skills” for the Board of Directors, management team and key staffs of the centre and its branches nationwide.
Attending the opening ceremony, there were Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nghia – Director of MobiFone telecommunications equipment testing and repair centre, Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh – Deputy Director of the Centre and Dr. Duong Thi Thu – Director of Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (SLEADER) along with lecturers and more than 40 members participated in the training program.
In order to contribute to the realization of MobiFone Corporation\’s vision to 2035, which is to become the leading provider of infrastructure, solutions/platforms and digital services in Vietnam and internationally, TMC MobiFone has chosen effective management as a breakthrough. Therefore, equipping key staffs with modern management technologies in the digital era has been prioritized by the Center\’s leaders to implement right in 2022 with the training program “Practice management skills “.
Being different from traditional training methods, this training program ” Practice management skills” is specially designed for the Center with the new point of learning by doing, learning right knowledge from the start and practice on the job voluntarily and continuously to become proficient. Accordingly, learners will have “special care” of lecturers – experts at the stage after conducting direct training. Therefore, by learning once and learned correctly, practical management skills will help students apply effectively in all situations, in work as well as in life. At the end of the course, each member will be assessed through individual or group lessons.
Speaking at the opening of the course, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nghia, Director of the Centre emphasized the importance of applying core management knowledge to work practice, thereby creating outstanding results and breakthrough that is not only for individuals but also for the Centre and MobiFone Corporation.

On behalf of the training institute, Dr. Duong Thi Thu – Director also wishes that with this training method of Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research, managers of the Centre and its branches across the country will master and operate them effectively by practicing core management skills in work and life, better serve and bring new values to customers and partners.

The training program is expected to end in March next year with a series of interwoven knowledge transfer activities.
