To implement the Developmental Strategy to 2025 of the Institute for Strategic Leadership Development (Sleader), on January 26th, 2022, the Director of Sleader, Dr. Duong Thu, signed the decision on establishing the Syntegration Center, and at the same time, appointed Ms. Dang Thi Huong Thao as the Director of the Center.
As an operational unit under the Institute, the Syntegration Center has the function of cooperating with partners to apply the Malik Syntegration in finding solutions for complex problems and major challenges of organizationss / enterprises in a quick and effective way. To be specific, the Malik Syntegration is an intelligent managemment tool which enables managers and policy planner to ffind solutions foor every problems based on the optimal exploitation of collective intelligence.
Ms. Dang Thi Huong Thao, having a Master\’s degree in Finance from the University of Huddersfield, UK, was also a participant in one training program of the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative. In 2019, together with Sleader\’s experts, Ms. Thao joined the training program of the Malik Group, Switzerland, within the framework of the transfer program for the Malik Syntegration. Handing over the decision on the appointment of the Director of the Syntegration Center, the Director of Sleader, Dr. Duong Thu emphasized: “With the knowledge accumulated through the process of studying in the UK, as well as practical experience managing internationally qualified bachelor training programs, combined with the experience of implementing the Malik Syntegration for businesses/ organizations in Vietnam, Ms. Dang Thi Huong Thao will take on the newly assigned responsibilities well.”

In her acceptance speech, the Director of the Syntegration Center, Ms. Dang Thi Huong Thao thanked the Board of Directors of the Institute for trusting and giving her the opportunity to develop herself as well as contribute more to the development of the Institute. She also pledged to implement the provision of the Center\’s services professionally so that the Malik Syntegration is widely and effectively applied by Vietnamese organizations and businesses.

Thus, the establishment of the syntegration Center will strengthen the capacity of the Institute as well as contribute to Sleader’s mission of transferring advanced and modern western governance models and tools to Vietnamese organizations and businesses.
