The book “Decoding the East-West Strategy\’\’ conveys a lot of useful knowledge drawn from many years of research and consultation experiences for the majority of Vietnamese enterprises, which the authors want to deliver to managers. It is worth sharing for those who are looking for a “lodestar” in business administration. For me, I am especially impressed with the contents related to the misconceptions of the term “strategy”, strategic analysis, strategic resource allocation, motivation for strategy implementation, as well as the variety of typical and attractive strategic practices.
