Results:
- 2022, the first year of strategic solution implementation, saw consolidated pre-tax profit reach VND 2,270 billion, achieving 757% of the adjusted plan
- In 2023, Petrolimex reported a revenue of VND 274 trillion and a net profit of VND 2.8 trillion, marking a 94% increase, exceeding the revenue target by 44% and the full-year pre-tax profit goal by nearly 22% compared to the plan
- 2024 consolidated after-tax profit reached VND 3,161 billion, a 3% increase over 2023, surpassing planned targets despite facing fluctuations in oil prices

Consultancy for developing the Exploration and Production (E&P) sector development strategy until 2030, with a Vision to 2050
Specific scope:
Applying the Malik Syntegration to develop Petrovietnam’s Exploration and Production (E&P) sector strategy until 2030, with a Vision to 2050, including a detailed set of solutions and an implementation roadmap
Results:
- Crude oil output for the first five months of 2025 reached 4.01 million tons, exceeding the plan by 18.9%, thanks to maintaining stable production at existing fields and adding new oil flow from the Dai Hung Phase 3 project
- The entire EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation) chain of the Dai Hung Phase 3 project was executed by Petrovietnam’s member units, affirming their capability for technological mastery under complex deepwater exploitation conditions
- Successfully applying the Mid-Water Arch (MWA) structure for the first time in Vietnam, which helped shorten the schedule and optimize implementation costs

PETROVIETNAM CA MAU FERTILIZER CORPORATION (PVCFC)
Consultancy for developing and implementing the development strategy until 2030, with a Vision to 2045
Specific scope:

Revewing current strategy

Results:
- The new strategies were quickly and effectively implemented, with notable steps including expanding exports to 18 countries, the M&A of the Han-Viet NPK Plant, and investing in a logistics system in Cambodia

Specifically:
