Last January 11th, Dr. Nam Nguyen, Director in charge of Australia and Southeast Asia, Malik Institute, Switzerland visited and worked with The Institute for Strategic Leadership Development (SLEADER).
Within the framework of the working program in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, Dr. Nam Nguyen visited and worked with the Board of Directors of the Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (SLEADER) on the afternoon of January 11, 2023.
At the meeting, after listening to Dr. Duong Thu – Director of SLEADER has announced the results of cooperation between SLEADER Institute and Malik Institute in 2022, Dr. Nam Nguyen expressed his pleasure and appreciation for the effectiveness of the cooperation between the two parties over the past year, despite the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
In particular, Dr. Nam Nguyen is really impressed that the modern and intelligent management models and tools of the Malik Institute have been successfully applied by SLEADER in consulting projects for businesses and localities in Vietnam, especially Syntegration Method – an exclusive invention of the Malik Institute has been spread in all three regions of the North, Central and South.
Dr. Nam Nguyen has also informed about the achievements of the Malik Institute, Switzerland in 2022 and the orientation for international cooperation in 2023. Professor F. Malik and Malik Group\’s Board of Directors have continued to identify Vietnam as a strategic market due to the dynamism of an emerging economy with a population of nearly 100 million people.
Dr. Nam Nguyen and Dr. Duong Thu have highly agreed on the action plan in 2023, according to which, SLEADER and Malik Institute continue to cooperate more effective and diversified to spread the models in the Malik Management System, especially the Syntegration Method to the large firms and enterprises in Vietnam. Malik\’s modern management tools are SLEADER\’s strength, helping consulting projects for businesses to be implemented “fastest”, in order to find the “most feasible” solutions but at the “most economical” price. At the same time, the two parties will organize specialized training programs on Malik management system for businesses and the public sector, continue to translate and publish all six books of Professor F. Malik on mastering the complexity in the 21st century.
On the occasion of the coming Lunar New Year, on behalf of the Malik Institute, Switzerland, Dr. Nam Nguyen has congratulated SLEADER\’s Board of Directors and sent New Year wishes to all staff and experts of the Institute.
On behalf of the Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (SLEADER), Dr. Duong Thu has also wished Dr. Nam Nguyen have had a successful business trip and respectfully presented him with 02 publications in Vietnamese by Professor F. Malik: “Management: Essence of the Craft” and “Navigating into the Unknown A New Way for Management, Governance and Leadership” has been compiled and widely distributed by SLEADER in Vietnam.
