On August 16, 2020, at the headquarters of GDC Hanoi Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, a signing ceremony was held by GDC Hanoi Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (GDC Hanoi ) and the Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (Sleader).
Attending the signing ceremony were Dr. Duong Thi Thu, Director of the Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research, the Board of Directors of GDC Hanoi Construction Investment Joint Stock Company including Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoang, General Director, Mr. Hoang Anh Duc, Deputy General Director together with Directors of the member companies, Head of departments and Commander of the Company’s construction site.

With a sharp vision, the Board of Directors of Hanoi GDC has decided to build a development strategy for the company until 2025, vision 2035.
Sleader is a consultant selected by GDC Hanoi to draw up the company’s development strategy. Compared to the majority of consulting firms in the market, Sleader chose a different approach, which is the combination of Eastern strategic thinking and Western scientific tools and processes, thereby, proposing a suitable strategic model for the cultural environment and the operations of Vietnamese enterprises.
Holding at the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, Chairman of the Board of Directors affirmed: “Development strategy will be a guideline for GDC Hanoi to start a new stage with a clear orientation on the future development for the next 10-15 years. At the same time, the strategy will help GDC Hanoi to creatively and centrally invest and allocate its resources in order to reach higher goals and create more breakthroughs ”.
The signing ceremony not only marked an important step in the relationship between the two enterprises, but also demonstrated the pioneering role and acumen of GDC Hanoi’s Board of Directors in defining a new direction for the Company in the period of development after pandemic.
