Developing a feasible and practical action plan is always a big challenge for every business, organization, and MobiFone Telecommunications Equipment Testing and Repair Center (TMC) is not an exception. Despite being a subsidiary unit currently under the accounting of the MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation, in order to make a remarkable breakthrough, TMC has determined to aim for an ambitious goal for 2023: “to generate revenue from sources outside of the MobiFone Corporation.” To materialize the goal, the leadership of the TMC has decided to modernize the approach to build the center\’s 2023 plan and action program. After conducting research and comparison of various tools and methods, the Malik Syntegration methodology stood out due to its exceptional uniqueness and, most importantly, its effectiveness.
After two consecutive days of work, the enthusiastic participation of the members led to highly impressive results: approximately 756 interactions from nearly 30 members across a total of 30 meetings of different sizes and formats. These interactions created a continuous string of 357 remarks and produced 35 innovative, feasible, and practical solutions for the Center in 2023. Furthermore, all of these solutions have gained the consensus of the participating members, which will facilitate their speedy and effective implementation towards achieving the 2023 objective.
The closing speech at the conference was delivered by Nguyen Xuan Nghia, the Director of MobiFone\’s Telecommunications Equipment Testing and Repair Center. He expressed great satisfaction with the outcome of the past two days of work. He affirmed: “With the Malik Syntegration method, we have been able to swiftly generate viable solutions that I am confident will accurately address the current challenges of the Center, thereby creating breakthrough results next year. Moreover, this presents an excellent chance for the Leadership Board to identify the employees\’ strengths while simultaneously enhancing their understanding of the Center. With this mindset, employees will collaborate with the Leadership Board to develop the Center further and deliver even greater value to our customers.”
The scientific precision and intelligence of the Malik Syntegration method, as well as the highly professional operation of SLEADER, were not only impressive to the leadership of the Center, but also to the participating members who are staff and employees of the Center and had firsthand experience. According to the participants, Mr. Do Viet Tien – Deputy Director of the Hanoi branch of the Center shared his impression of the Syntegration method: “Despite working under very high intensity for two days, we were still able to achieve significant results with a relaxed and energetic working spirit.”
Through observation and direct interaction with the members, Dr. Duong Thu – Director of the Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (SLEADER) confidently affirmed that due to the high level of agreement among the staff towards the proposed solutions, TMC is certain to carry out these solutions smoothly, quickly, and achieve high results in 2023.
The contentment expressed by the Center\’s management and core members is a concrete demonstration of the effectiveness that the Syntegration method delivers. This provides a powerful impetus for SLEADER to continue disseminating the most cutting-edge and intelligent management tools and techniques, such as the Syntegration method, to Vietnamese enteprises.
