On October 7, 2022, DIC Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company and Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (SLEADER) officially signed a cooperation agreement to implement the project “Consulting on Strategy Development for DIC HOLDINGS Construction Joint Stock Company” for the period of 2023-2030 by Malik Syntegration method (MS®)”. This is the first Malik Syntegration application project in the South, marking an important milestone on the way of spreading modern Swiss management tools and models to businesses in the South.

Therefore, the Board of Directors of DIC Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company has selected and signed a cooperation agreement with Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (SLEADER) – an unit exclusively transferred Malik Syntegration method by Malik Institute, Switzerland and tools in Malik management system to develop development strategy in the period of 2023-2030.
With the application of modern management tools and knowledge of Vietnam\’s culture and business environment, the project of consulting on development strategy for DIC Holdings will make a big difference with three “best” things: (1) The fastest implementation time, only within 2,5 months; (2) Providing the most practical and feasible solution through Syntegration technology, and at the same time create solidarity and consensus in the implementation of the action plan; (3) International quality products with the most reasonable cost.
