On a beautiful day of the year on November 11th, 2022, at the 5-star Marina Bay resort, the Strategy Conference of DIC Holdings Construction .JSC applying the Malik Syntegration took place successfully, promising a bright future in 2030 which is firmly believed by the Company\’s Board of Directors.
“Material resources are limited, human creativity is limitless” – this is the philosophy that has made Hyundai the No. 1 corporation in Korea. As the Chairman of the Board of Directors of DIC Holdings Construction .JSC, Mr. Le Dinh Thang pioneered to apply this philosophy to build a development strategy to 2030 for the Company in the context of business activities facing many difficulties, capital flow for real estate not as before, and bank interest rates increasing, liquidity decreasing sharply. Unlike Hyundai at that time, DIC Holdings chose to build the development strategy to 2030 with the help of the Malik Syntegration originating from Switzerland. Malik Syntegration has been applied by many European enterprises, known as a smart management tool that was exclusive transferred to Sleader in Vietnam by Malik Group, Switzerland.
With the intellectual contribution of 24 key middle to senior managers, Malik Syntegration has exploited the minds of the participants to the fullest, creating an environment of super interactions, super connections, and a megadata store. The whole team of DIC Holdings worked together enthusiastically, participated in nearly 30 large and small meetings, generated more than 300 ideas and found more than 30 practical and feasible solutions to make DIC Holdings become the top 10 enterprises in the field of real state investment and construction in the South by 2030.
Mr. Le Dinh Thang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company shared: During the 02 days of the Conference, all information was circulated smoothly at all levels. For the first time, all members were able to sit together and understand the company\’s development orientation in the next 3 to 5 years. More importantly, all solutions were built by all participating members. Therefore, DIC Holdings has the right to believe in the strong commitment of all members to implementing those solutions, towards the goal of reaching the top 10 enterprises in the field of real state investment and construction in the South by 2030.
Despite 2 days of continuous contemplating, all 24 members don’t seem tired but to receive a burst of strenth. Later, the energy had been boosted higher at a lively and cozy party at Marina Bay. From the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the General Director to the employees were captivated with the lyrics about “the joy of people who build new houses”. The Malik Syntegration Conference was successful beyond expectations, an important step for DIC Holdings to make decisions in the shortest time, have the most practical solutions and the most resonable cost.
