However, many businesses are still struggling to find the right direction as well as identify priority to create results..
In order to support member businesses to consolidate a solid governance foundation to overcome the challenges of the volatile business environment, the Hanoi Young Business Association (HANOIBA) re-launches the CEO Mentoring program. The program has the participation of a Advisory Board of successful entrepreneurs and a team of experienced experts such as: Mr. Le Phung Thang, Chairman and General Director of Citicom Trading Joint Stock Company; Mr. Tran Dang Nam, Chairman and General Director of Dolphin Sea Air Services; Mr. Pham Dinh Doan, Chairman of Phu Thai Group; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of MISA Joint Stock Company; Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bao Ngoc Investment and Production Joint Stock Company; Dr. Duong Thu, Director of Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (Sleader); Mr. Bui Tuan Minh, Deputy General Director of Deloitte Vietnam.
Through status surveys and assessment sessions, the Advisory Council helps enterprises to make an overall evaluation of their problems and challenges in their company’s governance system, clearly identify the core priority issues that need to be resolved, support them find solutions as well as build action programs to achieve tangible results in the short term. After more than a month of launching the program, the Advisory Council has received requests from 6 businesses, and has conducted consulting sessions to solve very specific issues such as: how to increase revenue, optimize profit, reasonably allocate fundingand budget, access to new markets, deal with the retention of high-quality personnel, build corporate culture, transform company model or prepare for the IPO.

After receiving very useful advice from the members of the Advisory Council, businesses participating in the CEO Mentoring program have developed an action plan for 2023. For businesses that need to solve problems in a deeper and more specific manner, the Advisory Council will continue to spend time sharing with business leaders to help them achieve outstanding and sustainable success.
