In the topic “Vietnamese enterprises from the perspective of systems thinking”, Dr. Tran Thi Hong Lien – Vice Dean of Business Administration Faculty, University of Economics and Law (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City) introduced new viewpoints on enterprises and organizations from the systems thinking perspective. Many Vietnamese businesses today are mainly operated by some excellent individuals, thereby, resulting in systems collapse if they leave. From there, it is clear that successful managers are assessed by the system they leave after departing from the organization. Building an organization based on systems thinking therefore should be one of the priorities of businesses for sustainable efficiency.

Dr. Nam Nguyen presented the topic “Malik Management System: Pratical models and tools”
In fact, the current world has evolved and changed into a complex system. Managers therefore are always “miserable” because of issues such as the rise of competitors, low labor quality due to the lack of core skills, poor management efficiency and the inability to deal with crises.
With the desire to help managers get practical tools for corporate governance, Dr. Tran Thi Hong Lien introduced the Performance Management Wheel – a tool that helps administrators achieve work efficiency while still enjoying life. Especially, this tool could allow managers to obtain extraordinary results just by using ordinary people – not genius.

The strongest and most special method is SuperSyntegration (only implemented in 3.5 days) which could enable managers to simultaneously and generally solve the intertwined issues in each organization and find comprehensive solutions to formulate a sustainable development strategy.
