The Malik Management Systems®: Application to Businesses in Vietnam

Introduction

Vietnam is in the process of rapid development and integration into the global world. Vietnamese businesses are facing both opportunities and challenges, particularly with impact of the Industry 4.0. The barriers for businesses in Vietnam would be such issues as market expansion, competition, talents, response to crisis, technology innovation. It is therefore crucially important for Vietnamese managers and leaders to be equipped with ‘new ways of thinking’, new tools and methods for effective management and successfully solving their complex problems.

The Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (Sleader) and the Malik Institute Switzerland (Malik) introduce The Malik Management Systems®- Application to Businesses in Vietnam course with the purpose of giving leaders / managers a multidimensional tool which enabled to respond effectively in the world increasing complexity and networking. Malik’s models and systems have been applied successfully for top leading corporations in the world, they can be considered as one of the solutions to help Vietnamese enterprises capture and master the great transformation of the 21st century.
