Effective management for the new world (The great transformation 21)

Introduction

The world undergone the great transformation to a new millennium with an increasing of complexity all around the world. It is necessary for us  to change the linear thinking and conventional approach in current unpredictatble business enviroment. To achieve success, the leaders of organizations need to search for an unprecedented management model in Vietnam called Model 567 with five tasks, six principles and seven different tools.

The Institute for Strategic Leadership Development Research (Sleader) introduces the training course EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT FOR THE NEW WORLD with the purpose of providng leaders/managers a model that help them not only work productively but also balance and enjoy the joy of life.
